IPC was founded in 2000 in Libreville, Gabon, by Charles Tchen, a retired executive member of SHELL Gabon, with the desire to promote oil exploration and production in the Gulf of Guinea. With its diverse network of highly skilled and experienced professionals, petroleum engineers, geophysicists, geologists, environmentalists, lawyers, IPC has been able to build a solid reputation of reliability and efficiency in a very competitive field. Among its clients IPC counts many major oil firms and is committed to addressing their challenges and meeting their specific requirements.
